These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Apsara Tea Scratch Card Reward Program ("Program"). By accessing or using this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above residing in India.
- Each scratch card is valid for one-time redemption only.
- Employees of Apsara Tea, its affiliates, or partners may be restricted from participating.
2. How to Participate
- Visit the official reward claim page and enter your mobile number.
- Fill in your personal details (name, email, address, city, state, pincode, voucher code).
- Confirm your entry and spin to reveal your reward.
- Rewards may include cashback, tea packs, or other gifts.
- To process your reward, follow the instructions provided (e.g., WhatsApp confirmation, Bank details entry).
3. Rewards
- Rewards are subject to availability and may vary by campaign.
- Cashback will be processed via Cashfree Payouts API directly to your bank account.
- Physical rewards (tea packs, hampers, etc.) will be shipped to the address provided.
- Apsara Tea reserves the right to substitute rewards with alternatives of equal or greater value.
4. Limitations & Restrictions
- Only one reward per voucher code will be granted.
- Scratch cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except cashback rewards).
- Entries with false, incomplete, or fraudulent details will be disqualified.
- Apsara Tea is not responsible for:
- Delays due to internet, system errors, or third-party downtime.
- Inaccurate details provided by participants.
5. Processing & Delivery
- Cashback rewards will typically be processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Physical rewards may take 7–14 business days for delivery depending on location.
- Manual backend verification may be required before confirmation.
6. Fraud Prevention
Apsara Tea reserves the right to cancel or withhold rewards in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.
Multiple claims from the same scratch card, mobile number, or user may be blocked.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Apsara Tea is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by participation in this Program.
Rewards are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to the Program
Apsara Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will apply immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
