At Apsara Tea, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules applicable to cashback rewards and physical gift redemptions through the Apsara Tea Scratch Card Reward Program.
1. Cashback Rewards
- Cashback rewards are processed via Cashfree Payouts API directly to your UPI ID or bank account.
- Once a cashback payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.
- In the rare case of a technical error or failed transaction, participants may raise a request within 7 calendar days from the date of redemption by contacting support@apsaratea.in.
- Refunds, if applicable, will only be made back to the original UPI ID or bank account used during redemption.
2. Physical Rewards (Tea Packs, Hampers, Gifts)
- Physical rewards, once dispatched, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with proof (images, order details).
- Replacement of damaged or incorrect rewards will be handled at the discretion of Apsara Tea, subject to product availability.
3. Cancellation of Participation
- Once you submit your voucher code and details, your participation in the Program is final and cannot be cancelled.
- Duplicate entries or fraudulent submissions will be cancelled by Apsara Tea without prior notice, and such users will not be eligible for rewards.
4. General Conditions
- Apsara Tea reserves the right to verify claims before approving refunds, replacements, or re-credits.
- Apsara Tea is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways, logistics partners, or technical issues beyond our control.
- Decisions made by Apsara Tea regarding refunds, replacements, or cancellations shall be final and binding.
